ThePersonalUDPATEwill continue to be published digitally, which you can still get for free by subscribing to our mailing list, reading online or as a download from our website here. For those without internet, a printed order-form can be obtained (within the U.S.) by contacting our U.S. office.
You can either print a hardcopy yourself, or most copy centers have the ability to print a hardcopy for you, from the PDF file.
