Can I upload your videos to YouTube

In short, no. It's illegal to pirate or upload material online into the public domain that either do not own the copyright, or have not been given permission by the original publisher (which is also against YouTube's own Terms by the way, see below). You may have purchased a DVD, video, digital file, or any other item from us, but you do not therefore own the copyright.

Some people think that this doesn't apply to Christian material because "God owns everything," or knowingly upload, often monetizing for their own benefit. As Christians, we should know "the end does not justify any means necessary." It is still illegal, and much of our content also contains assets that we (K-House) pay a licensing fee for, which is non-transferable, so up-loaders could potentially fall into legal trouble with 3rd parties, which is out of our control.

Many people unwittingly upload, thinking they are helping to make our resources more accessible, but Koinonia House already provides a lot of freely available material. The best thing you could do is refer people to us, our resources, social media and websites.

Another reason why we prefer to maintain control over our on-demand resources, is that we a often updating, editing, fixing or remastering content. We have had some people come to us, asking, "Did Chuck really say this? I saw it on YouTube." Turns out, it was an old pirated video, which Chuck had since rerecorded to clarify the point and make a correction, or he had even changed his opinion after more study. Additionally, with the advancement of editing and AI, we could see the increase of fake videos... so if you want to know what Chuck really said, choose one of our official sources.

Our income solely comes from the sale of our material, on-demand subscriptions to KHouse TV, and donations.
K-House is not a church (so receiving no weekly tithes) and we don't even receive YouTube ad revenue as we do not monetize our Channel. The reason for this is that we do not want strange or overtly anti-biblical ads being displayed with our videos. The income from the sale of our material, and donations, enables us to continue to provide new material, update older material, air our shows on the radio and television, provide free materials, take care of the many families that work with us, as well as many other projects we have to make our material more accessible. Koinonia House Inc. is a non-profit, 501(c)3 organization.
