If you received the gift card via email, you can check the balance by using the link provided in that original email.
Alternatively, you can enter the Gift Card on your next purchase in the Coupon Code field, and and indication of any remaining balance will be applied to your order. No funds will be deducted from the gift card unless you continue and finalize payment on that order.
If you do not have the original email containing the Gift Card, please contact us and state either:
- You are the original purchaser of the gift card - we can resend the card to you via email, or
- You received the gift card as a gift and specify the gift card code, we can inform you of the remaining balance.
Apple Wallet
If you are using Apple Wallet on your iOS device, and have imported your K-House gift card, you can check a gift card's balance within the app.
