If you log into the store, navigate to another page, and are auto-logged out, there maybe some interference from a privacy app, blocker or extension.
iOS web browsers and add-ons like DuckDuckGo, Brave and Safari seem to be the most common, we have had no auto-logout reports for other OS's and iOS browsers like Chrome and Firefox.
