My Email address is not recognized, but I had an account in the Old K-House Store

Although we've migrated everyone's account over to the new store, for security reasons, the new account must be activated by the customer by setting a new password.

This is achieved in either one of two ways:

  • Via an account invite/activation email. If you missed the account activation email we sent you, use the 'Forgot your password' feature on the Sign in page, and if your account was not activated, you should shortly receive an activation email. Please be sure to check your JUNK/SPAM folders just in case the activation email found it's way there. Alternatively...

  • Contact Support. Contact us via our Contact Page or help widget, requesting us to re-send your account activation email.

K-House staff do not have any access to customer passwords, and we will NEVER ask for your password.

Note: If you had an account on our old store and your email address is not recognized when you try to sign in for the first time, it will most likely be because you have not activated your new account on this store. Follow the instructions above to receive the account activation email.
