On our old store, you would log in with a username and password. This became problematic trying to come up with a unique username, then remembering it. Especially if you forgot your password, and our old system required your to enter your username (if you could remember it) AND your email address.
Now, you log in with just your email address and password. If you forget your password, you can now reset it by entering your email address from the login page (or NZ store login page for NZ customers). We do not have access to your password, passwords are encrypted and unable to be retrieved buy K-House staff. We will NEVER ask for your password.
